Beginning 22 May 2026, LTSS Screeners must submit member demographic correction requests through the MES portal. All LTSS Screeners with the eMLS_creator role, have been provisioned with the appropriate access. Please reference the resources below for additional information.

CRMS maintains a comprehensive set of health records, created and maintained for behavioral health and Long Term Care using eMLS, PACE and LOCERI web applications.
